About HAVEN ROC
Removing the barriers between young people and their futures
HAVEN is a youth-centered initiative designed to support adolescents and young adults experiencing housing instability by addressing the barriers that impact education, employment and long-term independence.
Youth lead the plan
Every young person sets their own goals. We build the supports around them instead of asking them to fit a program.
Barriers first
Transportation, documents, technology, childcare and safety come before anything else — they decide whether school and work are possible.
Long-term independence
Success is not a single placement. It is education, income, stability and relationships that hold years from now.

Mentoring & Supportive Relationships
Consistent, caring adults who walk alongside each young person as they build their own plan.

Trauma-informed groups, coping skills, and warm hand-offs to counseling and healthcare partners.

Budgeting, banking, credit building and savings incentives that make independence sustainable.
